• All prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of applicable UAE VAT.
• Full payment is required at the time of placing an order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept online payments only, using the payment methods available at checkout. We do not accept cash payments.
• Payments are subject to authorization and verification by the relevant payment provider.
• An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been issued by Another Atelier Trading LLC.
• In the event of a payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing or technical error, or product unavailability, Another Atelier Trading LLC may decline or cancel the affected order. Any amount due back to the client will be refunded in accordance with applicable UAE law.
• For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated at checkout.

• Urgent delivery may be available upon request and is subject to availability and production capacity.
• An additional urgent delivery fee may apply. The fee varies depending on the requested delivery date, production requirements, and seasonal demand and will be communicated to the client before payment.
• While we make every reasonable effort to meet an agreed urgent delivery date, circumstances outside our reasonable control, including production, supply, courier, customs, or other unforeseen delays, may affect the requested timeline.
• If we become aware that the agreed urgent delivery timeline cannot be met, we will notify the client as soon as reasonably possible and refund the urgent delivery fee paid.
• Unless otherwise required by applicable UAE law, inability to meet the urgent delivery timeline does not automatically cancel the underlying product order, particularly where production, customization, alteration, or other work on the order has already commenced. The order will continue under the applicable standard delivery timeline or an updated timeline communicated to the client.

International Shipping

• We offer local and international shipping to destinations available at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Ready-to-Wear Items

• Ready-to-wear items are available for dispatch according to the timeline stated on the product page. If the client requests any alteration or modification, including changes to the length, sizing, or other details, additional processing time will be required and the original ready-to-wear dispatch timeline will no longer apply.

Pre-Order, Made-to-Order & Custom Items

• Production and delivery timelines vary by product and will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated to the client.
• All stated timelines are estimates only and may change due to production requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Required Order Information

• Where an order requires measurements, sizing, customization details, approvals, delivery information, or any other information from the client, processing will begin only once all required information has been received and confirmed.
• The applicable production or delivery timeline will begin from the date the required information is complete, not from the original order date.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC is not responsible for delays resulting from late, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Abaya Sizing & Alterations

• Abayas are processed according to the size selected by the client at the time of purchase.
• Clients must select and purchase their correct available size. Requests entered in the order notes to change an abaya into a different standard size do not override the size selected at checkout.
• If the client's required size is unavailable, the client should not purchase a different size with a request for it to be altered into their required size. We recommend waiting for the correct size to be restocked.
• For abayas, only limited alterations are available, including adjustments to the full length and sleeve length, where applicable. We do not offer full resizing or alterations that convert one standard size into another.
• All alteration requests are subject to feasibility and approval by Another Atelier Trading LLC. Where an alteration is requested, additional processing time will apply and the original ready-to-wear dispatch timeline will no longer apply.

Kaftan Sizing & Measurements

• Our kaftan products are supplied unstitched and are stitched according to the measurements and sizing information provided by the client.
• Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements, sizing details, and any other information required to process the order.
• Production will begin only once all required measurements and order information have been received and confirmed. Any stated production or delivery timeline will begin from the date the required information is complete, not from the original order date.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC follows its standard measurement methods and Size & Measurement Guide when producing, stitching, and assessing garments. Clients should follow the provided measurement guidance when submitting their measurements.
• Measurements taken using a different method may produce different results. Another Atelier Trading LLC is not responsible for delays or sizing differences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrectly taken measurements provided by the client.
• Where required measurements or information are delayed by the client, the production and delivery timeline will be adjusted accordingly.

Delivery Estimates & Delays

• We make every reasonable effort to meet the estimated timelines communicated to our clients.
• However, production and delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including production or supply interruptions, courier disruptions, customs clearance, public holidays, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• A delay beyond an estimated timeline does not automatically cancel the order or entitle the client to a refund, particularly for made-to-order, altered, or customized products where production has commenced or costs have been incurred, except where otherwise required under applicable UAE law.

Shipping Information & Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and delivery information, including a valid delivery address, telephone number, email address, and any other information reasonably required to complete delivery.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the client.
• Once an order has been dispatched, the client is responsible for remaining reasonably reachable using the contact information provided and for cooperating with the courier where action is required to complete delivery.
• Where a courier requires the client to arrange collection, reschedule delivery, provide information, pay applicable import charges, or take another action to complete delivery, the client is responsible for completing the required action within the timeframe specified by the courier.

Failed Delivery, Client Unavailability & Courier Returns

• If a courier is unable to complete delivery because the client does not answer delivery attempts, cannot be reached, fails to respond to the courier, fails to provide requested delivery information, refuses delivery, fails to collect the shipment, or fails to arrange or attend a rescheduled delivery, any resulting delay or failed delivery will not be considered a delay or failure attributable to Another Atelier Trading LLC.
• A failed delivery caused by the client's unavailability, non-response, refusal, or failure to cooperate with the courier does not automatically entitle the client to cancel the order or receive a refund.
• Failure to accept delivery does not constitute cancellation.
• Where the shipment is returned to Another Atelier Trading LLC as a result of the client's non-response, unavailability, refusal, incorrect information, or failure to complete delivery, we may arrange re-delivery where reasonably possible.
• Any additional courier, return, customs, handling, storage, or re-delivery charges incurred may be payable by the client before the order is dispatched again.

Courier Holding, Abandonment & Disposal Procedures

• Third-party couriers may maintain and apply their own terms and procedures concerning repeated delivery attempts, holding periods, storage, unclaimed shipments, customs holds, returns, abandonment, or disposal.
• Where a shipment is returned, held, abandoned, disposed of, destroyed, or otherwise handled by the courier as a direct result of the client's prolonged non-response, failure to collect, refusal of delivery, failure to provide required information, failure to pay applicable recipient charges, or failure to comply with the courier's delivery requirements, Another Atelier Trading LLC will not be responsible for resulting loss to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist with available courier information where appropriate, but we cannot guarantee that an undeliverable shipment can be recovered once it has been handled in accordance with the courier's applicable procedures.

Lost Shipments

• Where a shipment appears to be lost in transit, the client should notify Another Atelier Trading LLC as soon as reasonably possible.
• We may initiate or assist with an investigation with the applicable courier and may request information reasonably required for that investigation.
• Courier investigations, tracing procedures, and claims are subject to the applicable carrier's processes and timelines.
• A shipment will not automatically be treated as lost solely because tracking has temporarily stopped updating or delivery has been delayed.
• Once the relevant information and courier findings are available, the matter will be assessed and an appropriate resolution provided in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

Unclaimed Orders & Unreachable Clients

• If an order cannot be delivered because the client cannot be reached or does not respond to our reasonable attempts to arrange delivery or obtain required information, the order will be considered unclaimed.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC will make reasonable attempts to contact the client using the contact information provided with the order.
• Unclaimed orders will be held for a maximum of 90 days from the date of our first documented notification that the order is ready for delivery or that additional information is required to complete delivery.
• If the client remains unreachable and does not arrange delivery within the 90-day holding period, Another Atelier Trading LLC may, to the extent permitted under applicable UAE law, release the item from reservation and make it available for resale or otherwise deal with the item as permitted by law.
• Where store credit is issued in connection with an unclaimed order, the credit will be governed by our Store Credit Policy, including its applicable validity period.
• Where an order is returned to us and the client subsequently remains unreachable, the order may be handled in accordance with these Unclaimed Orders & Unreachable Clients provisions.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable UAE law.

Custom-made and bespoke garments are individually developed for the client based on agreed specifications. Depending on the order, this may include custom measurements, sizing, fabrics, colors, silhouettes, embroidery, embellishments, design modifications, or designs developed from scratch.

Design Development & Client Approval

• As part of the custom-made and bespoke process, Another Atelier Trading LLC may provide sketches, digital or AI-generated renderings, fabric and color references, physical samples, mock-ups, or other visual materials to assist the client in understanding and approving the proposed design.
• The client is responsible for carefully reviewing the design, measurements, specifications, colors, materials, samples, and other details submitted for approval.
• Once the relevant design and specifications have been approved and production has commenced, further changes may not be possible.
• Where changes can reasonably be accommodated, they may be subject to additional charges and an updated production or delivery timeline.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC may rely on the client's documented approvals and confirmations when sourcing materials, allocating production resources, and commencing or continuing production.

WhatsApp, Email & Order Confirmation

• Custom-made, bespoke, and additional customization requests may be discussed and confirmed through Another Atelier Trading LLC's official WhatsApp, email, website, or other authorized communication channels.
• Once the applicable details and pricing have been agreed, Another Atelier Trading LLC may create an order through its order management system reflecting the applicable garment, customizations, add-ons, services, charges, and other relevant specifications.
• Agreed customizations, additions, and specifications may be recorded through the order breakdown, order notes, invoice, payment request, written communications, and/or other records associated with the order.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing the order information and notifying us as soon as reasonably possible if any agreed customization, addition, measurement, specification, or other material detail has been recorded incorrectly or omitted.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC may rely upon the client's written confirmations and approvals, together with the specifications recorded in the applicable order and associated communications, when sourcing materials and commencing or continuing production.
• Once the applicable specifications have been confirmed and the relevant work has commenced, subsequent changes may result in additional charges, revised timelines, or may no longer be technically possible.

Sketches, AI Renderings & Visual References

• Sketches, digital renderings, and AI-generated images used during the custom-made or bespoke design process are provided for visualization and reference purposes and are not exact photographic representations or guarantees of the final physical garment.
• Reasonable differences may occur between a sketch, digital or AI-generated rendering and the final garment, including differences in proportions, color, fabric appearance, texture, embroidery, embellishment placement, drape, fit, finishing, and other details due to the nature of digital visualization, physical materials, craftsmanship, and production.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC will make reasonable efforts to produce the final garment as closely as reasonably possible to the specifications, materials, design, and details agreed with the client.
• If a particular element shown in a sketch, rendering, reference, or sample is especially important to the client, the client must clearly identify and communicate that requirement before approving the design and before production of that element begins.
• Details appearing in a sketch, digital or AI-generated rendering that have not been specifically agreed or confirmed should not be assumed to form an exact specification of the final garment.

Physical Samples & Material Variations

• Where fabric, color, embroidery, embellishment, crystal, or other physical samples are provided to or approved by the client, they will be used as references for production.
• Reasonable variations may occur between samples and the final garment due to material characteristics, dye lots, hand craftsmanship, production techniques, lighting, availability, and other factors inherent in fashion production.
• Where patterned or printed fabrics are used, the exact placement of prints or motifs may vary depending on fabric cutting, garment size, construction, fabric width, and production requirements.
• Materials sourced or produced in different batches may also have reasonable variations in shade, tone, texture, or finish.

Client Measurements & Measurement Responsibility

• Where a client provides or approves measurements for a custom-made, bespoke, made-to-measure, stitched, or altered garment, the client is responsible for ensuring that the measurements and sizing information provided are complete and accurate.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC may rely on measurements supplied or approved by the client when developing, cutting, stitching, altering, or producing the garment.
• Where the finished garment has been produced materially in accordance with the measurements supplied or approved by the client, a fitting issue resulting from inaccurate or incomplete measurements provided by the client will not be considered a defect or production error attributable to Another Atelier Trading LLC.
• Where reasonably possible, we may offer additional alterations to address an issue resulting from incorrect client-provided measurements. Such alterations may be subject to additional alteration, tailoring, pickup, delivery, and/or shipping charges.
• Any applicable additional charges will be communicated to the client before the additional paid work is carried out.

Changes in Client Measurements or Body Size

• Clients should inform us as soon as reasonably possible if their measurements or sizing change during the design or production process.
• Where a client's body measurements change after the original measurements have been supplied, taken, confirmed, or approved, any resulting fitting issue will not, by itself, be considered a product defect attributable to Another Atelier Trading LLC.
• Where technically possible, we may offer additional alterations to accommodate the client's changed measurements.
• Additional alterations resulting from changed measurements may be subject to additional alteration, tailoring, fitting, pickup, delivery, and/or shipping charges.
• Changes in measurements may require additional production time and may result in an adjustment to the estimated completion or delivery timeline.
• Certain measurement or sizing changes may no longer be possible once cutting, embroidery, stitching, construction, or other production work has progressed.

Fittings, Mock-Ups & Progress Reviews

• Where fittings, mock-ups, samples, or progress reviews form part of the custom-made, bespoke, or bridal process, the client may be given an opportunity to review the garment and request reasonable changes before completion.
• Fittings and progress reviews do not automatically entitle the client to redesign or materially change the previously approved garment without additional cost.
• Where the client identifies a matter that does not correspond with the previously agreed specifications, our team will assess the matter and determine the appropriate next step.

Missed, Postponed or Delayed Fittings

• Where a fitting, measurement appointment, mock-up review, sample approval, or other client participation is required for production to continue, the client is responsible for attending or responding within the applicable timeframe communicated by our team.
• Where a client misses, postpones, reschedules, or delays a required fitting, approval, measurement, or other required action, production may be paused and the estimated completion or delivery date may be adjusted accordingly.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC will not be responsible for a delay resulting from the client's failure to attend, respond, approve, or provide information reasonably required for the order to proceed.
• Where repeated fittings, appointments, alterations, pickups, or deliveries are required as a result of client-requested changes or circumstances attributable to the client, additional service, alteration, pickup, delivery, or courier charges may apply.

Client-Requested Changes & Additional Costs

• The original order price or quotation is based on the design, specifications, materials, and scope of work agreed at the time the quotation is confirmed.
• Any additional work, design changes, embellishments, embroidery, crystals, fabric changes, structural modifications, measurement changes, or other additions requested by the client after the original quotation are not automatically included in the original price.
• This includes requests made during a fitting, mock-up, sample review, progress review, or production stage.
• Changes requested after a design, fabric, color, embroidery, measurements, or other specifications have already been approved are subject to technical feasibility and the stage of production.
• Where a client requests additional work or changes that result in additional costs, Another Atelier Trading LLC will communicate the applicable additional charge before carrying out the additional paid work.
• The additional work will proceed once the applicable additional charge has been approved by the client.
• Any budget originally communicated or agreed applies to the originally approved scope of work only. Additional changes, upgrades, or additions requested by the client may increase the final order value beyond the original quotation or budget.
• Client-requested changes or additions may also affect the estimated production or delivery timeline. Where applicable, an updated estimated timeline will be communicated to the client.
• Once additional work requested and approved by the client has commenced, the applicable additional charges remain payable and cannot be removed from the order solely because the client subsequently changes their mind regarding the requested addition.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC may decline a requested change where production has progressed to a stage at which the change cannot reasonably be made, is technically impractical, or could compromise the garment or its construction.

Final Result & Subjective Preferences

• Custom-made and bespoke garments involve individual design choices, physical materials, craftsmanship, and client-approved specifications. The final physical garment may therefore reasonably differ from how the client personally imagined or visualized the finished design.
• Where the final garment has been produced materially in accordance with the client's confirmed specifications, measurements, selections, and approvals, subjective dissatisfaction, a subsequent change of mind, or a change in personal preference does not, by itself, constitute a product defect or production error.
• This may include subjective dissatisfaction regarding appearance, styling, fit, color combinations, embroidery placement, embellishment density, or other elements that were previously selected or approved by the client, provided that the finished garment materially conforms to the agreed specifications.
• A difference resulting from the client's own measurements, sizing information, selections, instructions, approvals, or subsequent change in personal preference will not be considered an error attributable to Another Atelier Trading LLC.
• Custom-made and bespoke items are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, refund, or account credit solely because the client subsequently changes their mind or is subjectively dissatisfied with a product that materially conforms to the agreed specifications, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable UAE law.
• Where the client believes that the garment materially differs from the agreed specifications or contains a workmanship issue attributable to Another Atelier Trading LLC, the matter may be submitted for assessment in accordance with our Product Condition and Quality Assessment provisions.

Custom Order Timelines

• Production and delivery timelines for custom-made and bespoke garments depend on the individual design and production requirements.
• Any production, completion, or delivery timeline communicated to the client is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise and may change due to production requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Where measurements, approvals, selections, fittings, design confirmations, payments, or other information or actions are required from the client, the applicable production timeline will begin or continue only once the required information, approval, payment, or action has been completed.
• Delays caused by late measurements, approvals, fittings, selections, payments, responses, or other required information or actions from the client may result in the estimated completion and delivery date being adjusted accordingly.
• Client-requested changes, additions, or changes in measurements during production may also result in an updated estimated timeline.

Custom Order Deposit & Pricing

• Custom-made and bespoke orders are subject to a minimum starting price, which will be communicated to the client before the design process begins.
• An initial non-refundable payment may be required to commence the custom design and development process.
• This payment secures the client's order and allows Another Atelier Trading LLC to begin allocating design time, sourcing, sampling, development, craftsmanship, materials, and production resources specifically to the order.
• The initial payment forms part of the total price of the final custom order and is not an additional charge on top of the final agreed order value.
• Due to the individual nature of custom-made and bespoke garments, the final price may not always be determined at the beginning of the design process.
• Any initial price, starting price, estimate, or budget discussed before the design is finalized is not a fixed final quotation unless expressly confirmed as such by Another Atelier Trading LLC.
• The final order value will depend on the client's approved design and specifications, including factors such as fabric, embroidery, embellishments, crystals, craftsmanship, complexity, construction, and other design or production requirements.
• Before proceeding with work that materially increases the price beyond the previously communicated amount, the applicable additional cost will be communicated to the client for approval.
• Where a client communicates a preferred budget, Another Atelier Trading LLC will make reasonable efforts to develop the design within that budget. However, the stated budget applies only to the scope of work and specifications that can reasonably be accommodated within that amount and does not include additional changes, upgrades, or additions subsequently requested by the client.
• Any changes, additions, upgrades, or additional work requested by the client during the design process, fitting, mock-up, sampling, or production stage may increase the final order value. Any applicable additional charge will be communicated to the client before the additional paid work is carried out.
• Once the custom design or development process has commenced, the initial non-refundable payment will not be refundable if the client subsequently decides not to proceed, changes their mind, or does not approve available design options, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable UAE law.
• Any remaining balance and applicable payment schedule will be communicated to the client based on the final approved design, specifications, and order value.

Remaining Balance & Non-Payment

• Once the final design, specifications, and applicable order value have been approved by the client, the client is responsible for payment of the remaining balance in accordance with the payment schedule communicated and agreed for the order.
• The initial non-refundable payment forms part of the total order value and will be deducted from the final amount payable.
• Where production has commenced based on the client's approved design, specifications, and order value, a subsequent change of mind does not cancel the client's payment obligations for work, materials, services, or production already approved and undertaken.
• The completed garment will not be released, shipped, or delivered until all amounts due in relation to the order have been paid in full.
• If the client fails or refuses to pay an outstanding balance when due, Another Atelier Trading LLC may suspend further work, fittings, alterations, completion, or delivery of the order until the outstanding amount has been paid.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC will notify the client of any outstanding balance and provide a reasonable period for payment.
• If the outstanding balance remains unpaid following notice, Another Atelier Trading LLC reserves the right, to the extent permitted under applicable UAE law, to cancel the remaining performance of the order, retain amounts properly due for work and costs already incurred, and/or release, resell, or otherwise deal with the garment as permitted by applicable law.
• Any additional losses, costs, or amounts recoverable as a result of the client's failure to pay may be pursued where permitted under applicable UAE law.

Alteration, Pickup, Delivery & Shipping Costs

• Where an alteration or correction is required because of an issue confirmed to be attributable to Another Atelier Trading LLC, our team will advise the client of the applicable collection, alteration, repair, and/or redelivery arrangements.
• Where an additional alteration, fitting, repair, pickup, delivery, or shipping service is required because of incorrect or incomplete client-provided measurements, a subsequent change in the client's measurements, additional client-requested modifications, a change of preference, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, third-party handling, or another circumstance not attributable to Another Atelier Trading LLC, the applicable costs will be the client's responsibility.
• Where applicable, the client will be informed of the relevant charges before the applicable paid service is carried out.
• Clients should contact Another Atelier Trading LLC before arranging the return or shipment of a custom-made or bespoke garment so that the appropriate instructions can be provided.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any mandatory consumer right or remedy available to the client under applicable UAE law.

• Requests for returns or exchanges of eligible full-price ready-to-wear items must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached and in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, makeup, or other signs of use will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• All returned items are subject to inspection to confirm that they meet the eligibility conditions of this policy.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• For eligible change-of-mind returns of full-price ready-to-wear items, the approved return value will be issued as store credit rather than a cash refund. Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and approved and will be subject to our Store Credit Policy, including its applicable validity period.
• Ready-to-wear items that have been altered, modified, or customized at the client's request are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.
• All items purchased on sale, promotion, or at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

SIZING, MEASUREMENTS & ALTERATIONS

• Clients are responsible for selecting the correct size and for providing complete and accurate measurements, sizing details, and alteration instructions where required.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC follows its standard measurement methods and Size & Measurement Guide when producing, altering, and assessing garments.
• Measurements taken by a client using a different method may produce different results and will not, by themselves, establish that an item has been incorrectly sized, stitched, or altered.
• Where an item has been produced or altered in accordance with the size, measurements, or instructions provided by the client, the item will not be considered incorrect or defective solely because the client is dissatisfied with the resulting fit or length.
• Incorrect or inaccurate measurements, sizing details, or instructions provided by the client do not qualify the item for a return, refund, exchange, or store credit on that basis.
• If Another Atelier Trading LLC determines that an alteration or sizing error was made by us, we will, where reasonably possible, correct or re-alter the item and return it to the client. Such an error does not automatically entitle the client to a monetary refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Any remedy will be subject to the nature of the issue and any mandatory rights available under applicable UAE law.

• Custom-made and bespoke items are created specifically for the client based on individually selected, provided, or approved specifications and are therefore not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit once production has commenced.
• Cancellations: Requests to cancel a custom-made or bespoke order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests made after this period may not be accepted where design development, sourcing, production, customization, or other work relating to the order has commenced.
• Deposits: Where an advance payment or deposit applies, the applicable payment terms will be communicated and agreed with the client before production. Once work has commenced, any amount agreed as non-refundable will remain non-refundable.
• Custom-made and bespoke items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit once production has commenced, except where otherwise required under applicable UAE law.
• Where an item has been produced in accordance with the client's confirmed measurements, specifications, selections, and approvals, dissatisfaction with the resulting fit, appearance, color, style, or other subjective preference does not qualify the order for a return, refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Incorrect or inaccurate measurements, sizing information, specifications, selections, or instructions provided or approved by the client do not qualify the item for a return, refund, exchange, or store credit on that basis.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC follows its standard measurement methods and Size & Measurement Guide when producing and assessing garments. Measurements taken by a client using a different method may produce different results and will not, by themselves, establish that an item has been incorrectly produced, stitched, or altered.
• Errors & Corrections: If Another Atelier Trading LLC determines that the final garment materially differs from the client's confirmed specifications due to an error on our part, we will assess the issue and, where reasonably possible, correct, alter, repair, or otherwise rectify the affected element.
• An issue that can reasonably be corrected or rectified does not automatically entitle the client to cancel the order or receive a monetary refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Additional alterations, modifications, or changes requested by the client after approval or completion due to personal preference are not considered defects or errors and may be subject to additional charges.
  
  The above is subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable UAE law.

• Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements where measurements are required for stitching, alterations, customization, made-to-measure, or bespoke services.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC is entitled to rely on measurements supplied or approved by the client when preparing the garment.
• Where a garment has been produced materially in accordance with the measurements supplied or approved by the client, a fitting issue resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied measurements will not be considered a production defect attributable to Another Atelier Trading LLC.
• Where reasonably possible, we may offer further alterations to correct such issues. Additional alteration, tailoring, pickup, delivery, and/or shipping charges may apply.
• Any additional work will be communicated to the client for approval before paid work is carried out.
• Clients must inform us as soon as reasonably possible of any material change in measurements that may affect an order in production.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from changes in the client's body measurements occurring after the applicable measurements were supplied, taken, confirmed, or approved.
• Where technically possible, additional alterations may be offered at the client's request and may be subject to additional charges.
• Changes in measurements may also require additional production time and may result in an adjustment to the estimated completion or delivery timeline.
• Certain changes may not reasonably be possible once cutting, embroidery, stitching, customization, or other production work has progressed.

Clients may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

The 24-hour cancellation period applies to all order categories, including ready-to-wear, pre-order, made-to-order, stitched, altered, customized, custom-made, bespoke, and urgent orders, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Approved cancellations requested within the 24-hour cancellation period are issued as account credit only. The original payment method will not be refunded for a change-of-mind cancellation.

After the 24-hour cancellation period has expired, orders cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind, regardless of the estimated production or delivery date.

This applies even where the estimated delivery date is several weeks or months away, as Another Atelier Trading LLC may begin taking necessary steps shortly after an order is received, including reserving inventory or materials, sourcing fabrics or components, allocating production capacity, scheduling suppliers or artisans, and making other commitments necessary to fulfil the order.

Refusing delivery, failing to respond to the courier, failing to collect an order, or otherwise preventing successful delivery does not constitute cancellation and does not create an entitlement to account credit or a refund.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours through our official Customer Service channels via WhatsApp at +971 56 303 6668 or email info@anotheruae.com. The time the request is received through these channels will be used to determine whether it was submitted within the cancellation period.

A cancellation is not confirmed until it has been reviewed and approved by Another Atelier Trading LLC.

This cancellation policy applies to change-of-mind cancellations and does not limit any mandatory remedies or consumer rights available under applicable UAE law.

Product or Color Unavailability

Although Another Atelier Trading LLC makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product, fabric, color, and material availability, availability may occasionally change after an order has been placed.

Where a product, color, fabric, or material selected by the client becomes unavailable and we are unable to fulfil the order as originally placed, we will contact the client using the contact information provided with the order and, where available, offer suitable alternative options.

The client may choose an available alternative or request cancellation and a refund of the amount paid for the affected item.

We will not substitute a materially different product, color, fabric, or material without the client's approval.


Awaiting Client Response

Where the client's selection or approval is required because the originally ordered product, color, fabric, or material is unavailable, the affected order will be placed on hold while awaiting the client's instructions.

Any applicable processing, production, or estimated delivery timeline will be suspended during this period and will resume or be recalculated once the client's required selection or approval has been received.

Another Atelier Trading LLC will make reasonable attempts to contact the client using the contact details provided with the order.

If the client does not respond within 30 days from our first notification regarding the unavailability, Another Atelier Trading LLC may automatically cancel the affected item and issue a refund of the amount paid for that item to the original payment method, where reasonably possible.

Where an order contains multiple items and the availability issue affects only part of the order, cancellation and refund will apply only to the affected item unless otherwise agreed with the client.

Once the affected item has been cancelled and refunded due to non-response, any subsequent purchase will be treated as a new order and will be subject to the product availability, pricing, and estimated delivery timeline applicable at that time.

The above is subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable UAE law.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC may use AI-assisted image editing on selected product images to visualize an existing garment design in a different fabric color.
• The purpose of these images is to provide clients with a visual reference of the intended color variation. AI-assisted editing is not intended to alter the underlying garment design or agreed product specifications.
• Due to the limitations of AI-generated and digitally modified imagery, certain fine details may not be reproduced with complete accuracy. This may include the exact fabric shade or tone, embroidery details, embroidery color combinations, crystals, embellishments, and other decorative elements.
• The final garment will be produced according to the applicable product design and specifications rather than relying solely on incidental details generated or altered by the AI visualization.
• Clients should therefore not assume that every minor detail appearing in an AI-assisted image forms part of the exact product specification unless that detail is expressly stated or confirmed in the product description or by Another Atelier Trading LLC.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure that AI-assisted images provide a fair representation of the intended product variation and do not materially misrepresent the product being offered.
• Minor differences resulting from AI visualization, digital display, lighting, screen settings, materials, or handcrafted production will not, by themselves, constitute a product defect.
• Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable UAE law.

Wear, Care & Product Condition

• Our garments may include delicate fabrics, embroidery, crystals, embellishments, transfers, and handcrafted or hand-finished details. These materials and techniques require appropriate care and handling.

• Clients are responsible for following the care instructions provided with the garment, on the product label, or otherwise communicated by Another Atelier Trading LLC.


Natural Materials & Handcrafted Variations

• Many of our garments involve hand craftsmanship, hand-applied crystals, embroidery, embellishments, transfers, and other artisanal production techniques. Due to the nature of handcrafted and hand-finished production, minor variations may occur between individual garments and within individual design details.

• Minor variations in positioning, spacing, alignment, symmetry, stitching, embroidery, crystals, embellishments, transfers, or finishing are a natural characteristic of artisanal production and will not, by themselves, be considered product defects.

• Our products are subject to quality control before dispatch. However, handcrafted garments should not be expected to have the exact mechanical uniformity of fully machine-produced products.

• Natural and delicate fabrics may also have reasonable variations in weave, texture, finish, color, or other characteristics. Such inherent characteristics are not, by themselves, considered defects.


Wear & Tear

• All products are subject to normal wear and tear as a natural consequence of use.

• Wear and tear caused by personal use, improper care, excessive or unsuitable dry cleaning, repeated cleaning, mishandling, accidental damage, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use is not considered a product defect.

• The durability and lifespan of a product depend on various factors, including frequency of use, care, cleaning, storage, handling, and exposure to environmental conditions. Proper care and maintenance are essential to prolonging the lifespan of the garment.

• Minor changes in color, texture, fabric integrity, embroidery, crystals, embellishments, or other decorative elements may occur over time as a result of normal use.


Crystals, Embroidery & Delicate Embellishments

• Crystals, embroidery, beads, sequins, appliqué, transfers, and other embellishments are delicate decorative elements and must be handled with care.

• Certain crystals and embellishments may be hand-applied, stitched, bonded, transferred, or adhered to the garment. As a result of wearing, friction, pressure, cleaning, storage, accidental force, or normal use, individual crystals or embellishments may loosen, move, or fall over time.

• The loosening or loss of individual crystals, embroidery elements, or embellishments following use does not, by itself, establish that the garment was defective when supplied.


Inspection Upon Delivery

• Clients must inspect their garments upon receipt and report any visible damage, defect, incorrect item, or other issue with the condition in which the garment was received within 7 business days from the date of delivery.

• All claims must be submitted through our official Customer Service channels. You can contact us on WhatsApp at +971 56 303 6668 or via email at info@anotheruae.com. The claim should include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the reported issue.

• The date on which the claim is received through our official Customer Service WhatsApp or email will be considered the date the issue was reported.

• Submitting a claim does not automatically mean that the item is considered defective. Another Atelier Trading LLC may request additional photographs, videos, information, or the return of the garment for inspection in order to assess the nature and cause of the reported issue.

• Where Another Atelier Trading LLC confirms that the item was received damaged, defective, incorrect, or with an issue attributable to us, we will replace or rectify the affected item, where reasonably possible.

• To be eligible for replacement under this policy, the item must remain unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached, and in the original condition in which it was sent.

• Claims concerning visible issues that are submitted after the 7-business-day inspection period will be assessed based on the nature of the issue, the condition of the garment, and whether it has subsequently been worn, used, cleaned, altered, damaged, or otherwise handled.


Repairs & Damage After Delivery

• Issues arising after the initial inspection period may still be submitted to Another Atelier Trading LLC for assessment.

• Where reasonably possible, we may offer repair, replacement of an affected component, reapplication of embellishments, or other remedial work depending on the nature of the issue, availability of the original materials, technical feasibility, and condition of the garment.

• Damage resulting from the client's use, accidental damage, improper care, washing, ironing, burning, dry cleaning, laundry services, alteration, storage, mishandling, or the actions of any third party is not considered a product defect attributable to Another Atelier Trading LLC.

• Where reasonably possible, we may nevertheless offer a repair or replacement service for such damage at an additional charge. The applicable charge will be communicated to the client for approval before any work is carried out.

• Repairs and replacements are subject to the availability of the original fabric, embroidery, crystals, embellishments, components, and other required materials. If the required materials are unavailable or the requested work cannot reasonably be performed, we may be unable to provide the repair or replacement.

• No paid repair, replacement, or additional work will be carried out without the client's approval of the applicable charge.


Quality Assessment

• A client's personal preference or expectation regarding the appearance of a handcrafted detail does not, by itself, establish that the garment is defective.

• Minor variations inherent in handcrafted or artisanal production will be distinguished from material workmanship defects when assessing a complaint.

• Where a reported issue materially affects the quality, construction, functionality, or agreed design of the garment and is determined to be attributable to Another Atelier Trading LLC, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the circumstances and applicable UAE law.

• Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable UAE law.

Original Prints, Textile Artwork & Brand-Specific Designs

• Original fabric prints, textile artwork, illustrations, patterns, motifs, graphics, monograms, logo-based patterns, and other original visual designs developed by or for Another Atelier Trading LLC remain the intellectual property of Another Atelier Trading LLC to the extent protected under applicable law.

• This includes original prints and textile designs created specifically for our collections, including designs incorporating or derived from Another Atelier Trading LLC's trademarks, logos, brand identifiers, original artwork, or other proprietary creative elements.

• Our original prints and textile artwork may not be copied, traced, scanned, photographed for reproduction, digitally recreated, redrawn, adapted, recolored, modified, reproduced on another fabric, manufactured, printed, commissioned for production, or commercially exploited without our prior written authorization.

• Changing the color, scale, placement, orientation, proportions, or minor elements of an original Another Atelier Trading LLC print or textile design does not, by itself, authorize the reproduction or commercial use of the underlying protected work.

• Clients, manufacturers, suppliers, designers, tailors, retailers, and other third parties are not permitted to provide our protected prints, artwork, patterns, or designs to another person or manufacturer for unauthorized reproduction or commercial production.

• Purchasing a garment containing an original Another Atelier Trading LLC print or textile design gives the client ownership of that physical garment only. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, print, pattern, design, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

• Standard, commonly available, public-domain, supplier-developed, or non-proprietary fabrics, jacquards, patterns, or materials are not claimed by Another Atelier Trading LLC merely because they have been used in one of our garments. Our intellectual property claims relate to original or otherwise legally protected creative works, brand elements, and designs owned by or licensed to Another Atelier Trading LLC.


Garment Designs, Embroidery & Creative Elements

• Another Atelier Trading LLC invests significant creative resources in developing original garment designs, embroidery concepts and motifs, embellishment arrangements, prints, artwork, and other distinctive creative elements.

• To the extent protected under applicable copyright, industrial design, trademark, or other intellectual property laws, such protected elements may not be reproduced, copied, manufactured, commissioned for reproduction, commercially exploited, or used without our authorization.

• Purchasing or possessing an Another Atelier Trading LLC garment does not grant the client or any third party permission to reproduce, manufacture, commission, or commercially exploit the protected design or creative elements embodied in that garment.

• Clients may not provide our protected garments, designs, prints, embroidery patterns, artwork, sketches, photographs, or other proprietary materials to a manufacturer, tailor, designer, supplier, or other third party for unauthorized commercial reproduction.

• Where Another Atelier Trading LLC holds registered industrial design rights or other registered intellectual property rights, we reserve all rights and remedies available in relation to unauthorized use or infringement of those rights.


Product Images, Videos & Content

• Original product photographs, campaign images, videos, advertisements, social media content, website imagery, graphics, product descriptions, written content, and other original content belonging to Another Atelier Trading LLC may not be copied, downloaded for commercial use, reproduced, republished, edited, distributed, or commercially exploited without our prior written authorization.

• Third parties are strictly prohibited from using Another Atelier Trading LLC product photographs, videos, advertisements, descriptions, or other original content to advertise, market, promote, or offer for sale products that are not supplied or authorized by Another Atelier Trading LLC.

• Creating or operating a website, social media account, advertisement, marketplace listing, catalogue, or other commercial platform using Another Atelier Trading LLC's original photographs, videos, content, or other protected materials without authorization may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

• Our content may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests that products offered by another person or business are genuine Another Atelier Trading LLC products or are affiliated with, supplied by, endorsed by, or authorized by Another Atelier Trading LLC.


Counterfeit & Unauthorized Products

• Another Atelier Trading LLC does not authorize third parties to use our intellectual property to manufacture, reproduce, advertise, market, distribute, or sell counterfeit or unauthorized products.

• No person or business may use Another Atelier Trading LLC's photographs, designs, prints, content, branding, trademarks, or other protected intellectual property in a manner that falsely represents the origin, authenticity, affiliation, sponsorship, or approval of any product or service.

• We actively monitor suspected counterfeit products, unauthorized reproductions, misleading advertisements, websites, social media accounts, marketplace listings, and other unauthorized commercial uses of our intellectual property.

• Unauthorized reproduction, manufacturing, advertising, distribution, sale, or commercial exploitation of protected Another Atelier Trading LLC designs, prints, artwork, content, trademarks, or other intellectual property may result in enforcement or legal action.


Custom-Made & Bespoke Designs

• Designs, sketches, concepts, artwork, embroidery layouts, digital renderings, AI-assisted visualizations, samples, and other creative materials developed by Another Atelier Trading LLC as part of a custom-made or bespoke order remain subject to Another Atelier Trading LLC's applicable intellectual property rights unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

• Payment for a custom-made or bespoke garment gives the client rights in the physical garment supplied to them but does not, by itself, transfer ownership of Another Atelier Trading LLC's underlying intellectual property or grant the client the right to reproduce, manufacture, license, distribute, or commercially exploit the design.

• Clients may not provide Another Atelier Trading LLC's protected custom sketches, designs, artwork, embroidery layouts, prints, digital renderings, samples, or other proprietary creative materials to another manufacturer, designer, tailor, supplier, or business for unauthorized commercial reproduction where such use infringes our applicable intellectual property rights.


Another Atelier Name, Trademark & Brand Identity

• The Another Atelier name, registered trademarks, logos, and other protected brand identifiers are the property of Another Atelier Trading LLC and are protected under applicable UAE trademark law.

• No person or business may use, reproduce, imitate, alter, or commercially exploit our registered trademarks, logos, brand name, or confusingly similar branding in a manner that infringes our rights or may mislead consumers regarding the origin, affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or authenticity of products or services.

• Purchasing an Another Atelier Trading LLC product does not grant any license or permission to use our trademarks, logos, brand name, or other protected brand identifiers for commercial purposes.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC's original brand assets and creative materials, including proprietary graphics, packaging artwork, visual materials, campaign materials, and other protected elements of our brand identity, may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization.

• Nothing displayed on our website, social media platforms, packaging, products, or other materials should be interpreted as granting a license or right to use Another Atelier Trading LLC's intellectual property unless expressly authorized by us in writing.


Reporting Counterfeits & Intellectual Property Infringement

• If you become aware of a website, social media account, advertisement, marketplace listing, retailer, manufacturer, or other person or business that appears to be using Another Atelier Trading LLC's photographs, trademarks, designs, prints, content, or other protected intellectual property without authorization, please report it to info@anotheruae.com.

• Where we identify suspected infringement, counterfeiting, unauthorized reproduction, misleading representation, or misuse of our intellectual property, Another Atelier Trading LLC reserves the right to take appropriate action.

• Such action may include requesting the removal of infringing content or products, submitting intellectual property complaints or takedown requests to websites, social media platforms or marketplaces, issuing legal notices, reporting matters to relevant authorities, and pursuing court proceedings or other remedies available under applicable law.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC reserves all rights to seek any remedies available under applicable law in relation to infringement of its intellectual property rights.


Applicable Intellectual Property Laws

• Another Atelier Trading LLC's intellectual property rights may be protected under applicable UAE legislation, including Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighboring Rights, Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2021 on Trademarks, Federal Law No. 11 of 2021 on the Regulation and Protection of Industrial Property Rights, and other applicable laws and regulations.

• Nothing in this policy limits or waives any intellectual property rights, claims, protections, or remedies available to Another Atelier Trading LLC under applicable UAE or international law.

Unauthorized copying, downloading, reproduction, publication, advertising, commercial exploitation, or use of Another Atelier's product photographs, videos, website content, original artwork, proprietary prints, embroidery designs, or other protected content is prohibited.

Third parties may not use Another Atelier content to advertise, market, promote, or sell their own, imitation, counterfeit, or unauthorized products.

Third parties may not create websites, social media accounts, advertisements, listings, or other commercial materials that falsely suggest affiliation with, authorization by, or association with Another Atelier Trading LLC.

Another Atelier Trading LLC reserves all available rights and remedies in relation to infringement, passing off, counterfeiting, unauthorized commercial use, misleading representations, and other unlawful use of its intellectual property.

The purchase or possession of an Another Atelier product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the product, design, artwork, print, embroidery motif, pattern, photograph, or other protected creative element to the purchaser.

Another Atelier products are sold for personal use or legitimate resale of the original purchased product, where permitted by applicable law. Purchase of an original product does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, manufacture, commission, adapt, imitate, or commercially exploit the underlying protected designs or creative works.

Products purchased from Another Atelier Trading LLC must not be used as samples, templates, references, or models for the unauthorized commercial reproduction or manufacture of copies or imitations of Another Atelier's protected designs, prints, artworks, embroidery motifs, or other protected creative elements.

Displaying or reselling an authentic Another Atelier product does not authorize the purchaser, retailer, manufacturer, supplier, tailor, or any other third party to reproduce or manufacture copies or substantially copied versions of protected Another Atelier designs.

No person may photograph, scan, trace, digitally reproduce, deconstruct, or otherwise use an Another Atelier product for the purpose of unauthorized commercial reproduction of protected designs or creative works.

Another Atelier's name, trademarks, logos, photographs, product descriptions, packaging, or other brand assets must not be used in connection with copied, imitation, unauthorized, or third-party products or in any manner that falsely suggests that such products originate from, are authorized by, or are affiliated with Another Atelier Trading LLC.

Another Atelier Trading LLC reserves the right to take appropriate action in respect of unauthorized reproduction, infringement, counterfeiting, misleading commercial use, or other unauthorized exploitation of its intellectual property, including seeking remedies available under applicable UAE law and, where relevant, the laws of other jurisdictions.

• The Another and Another Atelier names, logos, marks, brand identifiers, distinctive visual branding, and other protected brand assets are owned by or used under the authority of Another Atelier Trading LLC, as applicable.
• Registered trademarks and other protected brand assets may not be used, reproduced, imitated, incorporated into another business name, domain, social media account, advertising, packaging, product, or commercial material without prior written authorization.
• Nothing on our website grants any licence or right to use our trademarks, branding, designs, photographs, artwork, proprietary prints, or other intellectual property except as expressly authorized in writing.

General Limitation

• To the maximum extent permitted under applicable UAE law, Another Atelier Trading LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising in connection with the purchase, use, delivery, delay, or inability to use our products or services, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Third-Party Services & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

• Another Atelier Trading LLC works with independent third-party service providers, including courier, logistics, payment, and other service providers. Certain aspects of their services, procedures, and operations are outside our reasonable control.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC will not be responsible for delays, disruption, additional costs, failed delivery, or other consequences resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs procedures, governmental requirements, transportation disruptions, or the client's failure to comply with applicable courier or delivery requirements, subject to applicable UAE law.

• Where a delivery issue results from the client's non-response, unavailability, refusal of delivery, failure to collect or reschedule a shipment, inaccurate delivery information, or failure to cooperate with the courier, the resulting delay or failed delivery will not be considered a failure attributable to Another Atelier Trading LLC.

Client-Provided Information & Instructions

• Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information required to process, produce, alter, customize, and deliver their orders, including measurements, sizing information, delivery details, contact information, selections, instructions, and approvals.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC will not be responsible for delays, sizing issues, delivery failures, additional costs, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information or instructions provided by the client, to the extent that the issue results from such information or instructions.

Product Use, Care & Third-Party Damage

• Another Atelier Trading LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, mishandling, improper care, unsuitable washing or dry cleaning, ironing, burning, alterations, repairs, storage, or services performed by third parties after delivery.

• Detailed provisions relating to handcrafted variations, product care, crystals, embroidery, embellishments, inspection upon delivery, repairs, and damage after delivery are set out in our Wear, Care & Product Condition Policy.

Custom, Altered & Client-Approved Orders

• Another Atelier Trading LLC will not be responsible for consequences resulting from incorrect measurements, sizing information, specifications, selections, or instructions provided or approved by the client.

• Where an item has been produced, stitched, altered, or customized in accordance with the client's confirmed measurements, specifications, selections, instructions, or approvals, dissatisfaction arising solely from personal preference does not, by itself, establish an error, defect, or liability on the part of Another Atelier Trading LLC.

• Custom-made and bespoke orders are additionally subject to our Custom-Made & Bespoke Orders Policy and applicable cancellation, return, refund, and exchange provisions.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

• Nothing in these Store Policies is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any liability, obligation, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.

• Where Another Atelier Trading LLC is legally responsible for a product, service, defect, or other matter, the applicable remedy will be determined in accordance with the circumstances and applicable UAE law.

• At Another Atelier Trading LLC, we are committed to responsible craftsmanship and thoughtful production practices.

• We focus on quality, craftsmanship, and considered production, with the aim of reducing unnecessary waste and creating garments intended to be cared for and enjoyed over time.

• Our fabrics, materials, techniques, and production partners are selected according to the requirements of each product and collection.

• Our garments and components may be produced, sourced, or finished by carefully selected production partners and specialist artisans in different locations, depending on the materials, craftsmanship, techniques, and expertise required for each product.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC oversees the development and quality standards of its products, including through our design, sampling, development, and quality-control processes.

• We continually seek opportunities to improve our sourcing, production, packaging, and operational practices where reasonably possible.

• Any statements regarding sustainability, responsible production, craftsmanship, or similar initiatives describe our general approach and objectives and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every product, material, supplier, or stage of production meets a particular environmental or sustainability certification unless expressly stated.

• These Store Policies, our Terms and Conditions, and any purchases made from Another Atelier Trading LLC are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

• Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer protection rights under applicable UAE law, any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with an order, our products or services, these Store Policies, or the use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• Cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, alterations, repairs, and store credit are subject to our applicable Store Policies. Custom-made, bespoke, altered, customized, and sale or discounted items are generally not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit except where otherwise stated or required under applicable UAE law.

• Pre-order items and custom-made or bespoke items are subject to different terms. Clients should review the applicable Store Policies before placing an order.

• All original designs, prints, textile artwork, embroidery designs, photographs, videos, written content, trademarks, branding, and other protected intellectual property belonging to Another Atelier Trading LLC may not be copied, reproduced, manufactured, commercially used, or otherwise exploited without authorization, to the extent protected under applicable law.

• By placing an order or using our services, clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including contact details, delivery information, measurements, sizing information, selections, and approvals where applicable.

• These Terms and any purchases made from Another Atelier Trading LLC are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
