• Each piece offered by the Company is produced using hand-crafted methods. Minor variations in colour, texture, or embroidery are inherent in the process and shall not constitute a defect.
• All descriptive content, photography, and pricing are published in good faith but may be corrected or updated without prior notice.

Another Atelier Trading LLC designs, produces, and sells bespoke and ready-to-wear garments and related accessories through its online platform.
All transactions are deemed to take place within the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• Prices are displayed in AED and include applicable UAE taxes unless stated otherwise
• International duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
• Optional services (customisation, urgent delivery, alterations) may incur additional charges

Once production or preparation begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled unless explicitly approved by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational limitations.

Delivery timelines shown on product pages are estimates only.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to:

• Force majeure or circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, customers will be informed and delivery timelines may be adjusted accordingly. Estimated delivery dates do not constitute a guarantee.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC is not liable for shipping delays beyond our control, including customs clearance or courier issues.
• Another Atelier Trading LLC ships domestically and internationally through authorised couriers.
• The Company is not liable for delays arising from customs clearance, courier network disruption, or force-majeure events as defined under UAE law.
  Risk and title transfer upon delivery to the customer’s nominated address.

Our returns and cancellation rules depend on the product type.

• Custom-made, altered, pre-order, home-service, and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by UAE law
• Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for return subject to our official Return & Refund Policy
• Approved refunds (if any) may be issued as store credit unless otherwise required by law

• All designs, prints, embroidery patterns, artworks, photography, and written content featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Another Atelier Trading LLC.

All original artworks, fabric prints, sketches, embroidery motifs, digital images, written materials, and overall design concepts displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Another Atelier Trading LLC and are protected under UAE Copyright Law (Federal Law No. 38 of 2021).
Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or commercial exploitation—within or outside the UAE—is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Any content submitted by users (reviews, comments, photographs, etc.) must be lawful, non-defamatory, and free of third-party intellectual-property rights.
By submitting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it for marketing or informational purposes within the UAE and abroad.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC takes all reasonable measures to ensure product quality and website functionality.
• However, we shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, misuse, or any website-related issues.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item in question.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity.

The Company’s aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.
Nothing herein excludes liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct as recognized under UAE law.

This does not exclude liability for fraud or gross negligence where prohibited by law.

The Company shall not be held in default for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental orders, pandemics, transport interruptions, or supplier failure.
