The version published on our website at the time of the relevant transaction will apply to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

• Additional product categories may be introduced from time to time where permitted under the Company's trade licence and applicable UAE law.

• All products and services offered by Another Atelier Trading LLC are subject to applicable UAE Federal laws and the laws and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

• By placing an order or communicating with us electronically, you agree that communications relating to your order or requested services may be provided through electronic channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other contact methods provided by you.

• Such communications may include order confirmations, payment information, measurement or sizing requests, approvals, production updates, alteration or fitting communications, delivery updates, customer-service communications, and important notices relating to your transaction.

• Transactional communications relating to an order or requested service are separate from promotional marketing communications.

• Marketing communications will be sent where the applicable consent has been provided or where otherwise permitted under applicable law. Clients may withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe in accordance with the methods provided in the relevant communication.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC offers different categories of products and services, which may include ready-to-wear, pre-order, made-to-order, altered, customized, custom-made, and bespoke garments and related accessories.

• Different product categories may be subject to different production, alteration, cancellation, return, refund, exchange, store credit, and delivery conditions. Clients should review the applicable product information and Store Policies before placing an order.

• Product descriptions, photographs, digital renderings, colors, measurements, specifications, availability, and other product information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

• The appearance of colors, textures, fabrics, prints, embroidery, embellishments, and other visual characteristics may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, materials, dye lots, production methods, and other relevant factors.

• Handcrafted and hand-finished products may contain reasonable artisanal variations. Such variations and other matters relating to product quality, craftsmanship, fabrics, embroidery, crystals, embellishments, and finishing are assessed in accordance with our Wear, Care & Product Condition Policy.

• Product availability, collections, specifications, designs, materials, and prices may be updated or changed from time to time without prior notice.

• Such changes will generally apply prospectively and will not alter the agreed terms of an already confirmed order, except where a correction or change is reasonably required due to an error, product or material unavailability, or another circumstance addressed under these Terms or the applicable Store Policies.

• Where a product, material, color, or other component required for an existing order becomes unavailable, the order will be handled in accordance with the applicable Store Policies, including any provisions relating to alternative selections, client approval, cancellation, or refund where applicable.

• Any correction or change affecting an order already placed will be handled in accordance with these Terms, the applicable Store Policies, and applicable UAE law.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC may use AI-assisted image editing on selected product images to visualize an existing garment design in a different fabric color.

• AI-assisted images are provided as a visual reference to help clients understand the intended color variation. Due to the limitations of AI-assisted imagery, certain fine details may not always be reproduced with complete accuracy, including the exact fabric shade or tone, embroidery details, embroidery color combinations, crystals, embellishments, and other fine decorative details.

• The final garment will be produced according to the applicable product design and confirmed specifications. Details appearing solely as a result of AI-assisted visualization that have not been expressly stated or confirmed should not be assumed to form an exact specification of the final garment.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC makes reasonable efforts to ensure that AI-assisted images fairly represent the intended product variation.

• Minor differences resulting from AI visualization, digital display, lighting, screen settings, materials, or handcrafted production will not, by themselves, constitute a product defect.

• Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable UAE law.

• Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order by Another Atelier Trading LLC.

• Orders are subject to payment authorization, product or material availability, verification of relevant order information, and acceptance by Another Atelier Trading LLC.

• We may contact the client where additional information, measurements, selections, approvals, payment, or other details are required before an order can proceed.

• Where required information or approval has not been provided by the client, production or processing timelines may not begin or may be suspended until the required information has been received and confirmed.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, genuine pricing or technical errors, product or material unavailability, inability to fulfill the order, or other legitimate operational or legal reasons.

• Where Another Atelier Trading LLC cancels an order that has been paid and no applicable non-refundable work, service, or custom-production term applies, the appropriate refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and our Store Policies.

• Clients may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

• The 24-hour cancellation period applies to all order categories, including ready-to-wear, pre-order, made-to-order, stitched, altered, customized, custom-made, bespoke, and urgent orders, unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.

• Where a change-of-mind cancellation is approved within the 24-hour cancellation period, the applicable amount will be issued as account credit rather than refunded to the original payment method, except where a different remedy is required under applicable UAE law.

• After the 24-hour cancellation period has expired, the order cannot be cancelled solely due to a change of mind, regardless of the estimated production or delivery date.

• This applies even where the estimated delivery date is several weeks or months after the order date, as Another Atelier Trading LLC may begin taking necessary steps shortly after an order is received, including reserving inventory or materials, sourcing fabrics or components, allocating production capacity, scheduling suppliers or artisans, and making other commitments required to fulfil the order.

• Refusing delivery, failing to respond to the courier, failing to collect an order, or otherwise preventing successful delivery does not constitute cancellation and does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund or account credit.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours through our official Customer Service channels via WhatsApp at +971 56 303 6668 or email at info@anotheruae.com.

• The time at which the cancellation request is received through one of these official channels will be used to determine whether the request was submitted within the applicable cancellation period.

• A cancellation is not confirmed until it has been reviewed and approved by Another Atelier Trading LLC.

• Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable UAE law.

• Production, processing, and delivery timelines communicated by Another Atelier Trading LLC are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

• While we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to factors including:

• Fabric or Material Availability
• Production Schedules
• Client Requested Changes
• Outstanding Measurements
• Selections or Approvals
• Courier or Logistic Operations
• Customs Delays
• Governmental Requirements
• Transportation Disruptions
• Force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control

• Where an estimated timeline is affected, Another Atelier Trading LLC may adjust the applicable production, processing, or delivery timeline and will provide the client with an update where reasonably possible.

• Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery and contact information and for reasonably cooperating with the courier or logistics provider to complete delivery.

• Where delivery cannot be completed because the client is unreachable, does not respond to the courier, refuses delivery, fails to collect or reschedule the shipment, provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable delivery requirements, the resulting delay or failed delivery will not be considered a failure attributable to Another Atelier Trading LLC.

• A delay or failed delivery resulting from the client's non-response, unavailability, refusal, incorrect information, or failure to cooperate with the courier does not, by itself, entitle the client to cancel the order or receive a refund, subject to applicable UAE law and the relevant Store Policies.

• Third-party couriers may maintain and apply their own procedures concerning delivery attempts, holding periods, storage, unclaimed shipments, customs holds, returns, abandonment, or disposal.

• Where a shipment appears to be lost in transit, Another Atelier Trading LLC may initiate or assist with an investigation with the applicable courier. Courier investigations, tracing procedures, and claims are subject to the applicable carrier's processes and timelines.

• A shipment will not automatically be treated as lost solely because tracking has temporarily stopped updating or delivery has been delayed.

• Once the relevant information and courier findings are available, the matter will be assessed and an appropriate resolution provided in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

• Detailed provisions concerning dispatch, estimated timelines, ready-to-wear and pre-order timelines, client-provided information, failed delivery attempts, courier returns, re-delivery, international shipping, customs, unclaimed orders, and unreachable clients are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

• Eligibility for cancellation, return, refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit depends on the product type, condition of the product, stage of production, reason for the request, and the applicable Store Policy.

• Eligible full-price ready-to-wear products may be subject to different return or exchange conditions from pre-order, altered, customized, custom-made, bespoke, promotional, or sale products.

• Products manufactured or modified according to specifications selected or provided by the client may be subject to restrictions on cancellation, return, refund, exchange, or store credit, subject always to applicable UAE law.

• Where Another Atelier Trading LLC is responsible for a legally recognized defect, non-conformity, or other matter giving rise to a mandatory consumer remedy, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE law.

• Clients must review our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy and the applicable product-specific policies for full eligibility requirements and procedures.

• Where an alteration or correction is required because of an issue confirmed to be attributable to Another Atelier Trading LLC, our team will advise the client of the applicable collection, alteration, repair, and/or redelivery arrangements.

• Where an additional alteration, fitting, repair, pickup, delivery, or shipping service is required because of incorrect or incomplete client-provided measurements, a subsequent change in the client's measurements, additional client-requested modifications, a change of preference, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, third-party handling, or another circumstance not attributable to Another Atelier Trading LLC, the applicable costs will be the client's responsibility.

• Where applicable, the client will be informed of the relevant charges before the applicable paid service is carried out.

• Clients should contact Another Atelier Trading LLC before arranging the return or shipment of an item for alteration or repair.

• • Custom-made and bespoke orders are subject to additional terms concerning design development, initial payments, pricing, client approvals, measurements, fittings, samples, digital or AI-assisted visualizations, production, requested changes, additional costs, final balances, and delivery timelines.
• • Initial payments or deposits may become non-refundable where expressly agreed and where design development, sourcing, production, or other work has commenced, subject to applicable UAE law.
• • Changes requested by the client after approval or during production may result in additional charges and revised completion timelines.
• Client-provided measurements and responsibility for their accuracy.
• Body/measurement changes after measurements were supplied/approved.
• Subjective dissatisfaction where the finished custom garment materially conforms to the approved specifications.
• Late design changes may cost more, extend the timeline, or become impossible depending on production stage.
• • Full terms applicable to these orders are contained in our Custom-Made & Bespoke Orders Policy and applicable cancellation, return, refund, and exchange provisions.

• Custom-made, bespoke, and additional customization requests may be discussed and confirmed through Another Atelier Trading LLC's official WhatsApp, email, website, or other authorized communication channels.

• Once the applicable details and pricing have been agreed, Another Atelier Trading LLC may create an order through its order management system reflecting the applicable garment, customizations, add-ons, services, charges, and other relevant specifications.

• Agreed customizations, additions, and specifications may be recorded through the order breakdown, order notes, invoices, payment requests, written communications, and/or other records associated with the order.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing the applicable order information and notifying us as soon as reasonably possible if an agreed customization, addition, measurement, specification, or other material detail has been recorded incorrectly or omitted.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC may rely upon the client's written confirmations and approvals, together with the specifications recorded in the applicable order and associated communications, when sourcing materials and commencing or continuing production.

• Changes requested after approval or after the relevant work has commenced are subject to technical feasibility and may result in additional charges and revised production or delivery timelines.

• Clients are responsible for following applicable garment care and handling instructions.

• Normal wear and tear, client-caused damage, improper care, unsuitable cleaning, accidental damage, third-party damage, and reasonable characteristics of handcrafted or delicate materials are addressed under our Wear, Care & Product Condition Policy.

• Clients must inspect products following delivery and report visible delivery-condition issues within the applicable inspection period stated in that policy.

• Repairs or replacement work requested for damage occurring after delivery may be available subject to assessment, technical feasibility, material availability, and applicable charges.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC retains all intellectual property rights available to it in relation to its protected trademarks, original designs, fabric prints, textile artwork, embroidery designs, sketches, photographs, videos, website content, written materials, branding, and other proprietary creative works.

• Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property embodied in or associated with that product.

• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, manufacturing, commercial exploitation, advertising, distribution, or other infringement of protected Another Atelier Trading LLC intellectual property may result in enforcement action.

• Detailed provisions concerning original prints, textile artwork, garment designs, product imagery, counterfeit products, custom designs, trademarks, and brand identity are contained in our Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.

• Nothing in these Terms is intended to claim exclusive rights over elements that are not protected under applicable intellectual property law.

• The Another and Another Atelier names, trademarks, logos, protected brand identifiers, and other applicable brand assets are owned by or used under the authority of Another Atelier Trading LLC.

• No person or business may use, reproduce, imitate, alter, or commercially exploit our protected trademarks, logos, brand name, or confusingly similar branding in a manner that infringes our rights or may mislead consumers regarding the origin, affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or authenticity of products or services.

• Unauthorized websites, social media accounts, advertisements, marketplace listings, or other commercial platforms must not use Another Atelier Trading LLC's protected trademarks, photographs, videos, product descriptions, original prints, artwork, or other protected content to advertise counterfeit, imitation, unauthorized, or third-party products.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law in relation to trademark infringement, counterfeiting, impersonation, misleading representation, passing off, and other unlawful use of protected brand assets.

Purchase or possession of an Another Atelier product does not transfer ownership of, or grant a licence to reproduce, any intellectual property embodied in that product. Protected designs, original artworks, prints, embroidery motifs, patterns, photographs, and other creative works may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, manufactured, commissioned for manufacture, or otherwise commercially exploited without the prior written authorization of Another Atelier Trading LLC.

• An authentic Another Atelier product must not be used as a sample, template, model, or reference for the unauthorized commercial manufacture of copies or imitations of protected Another Atelier designs, original artworks, proprietary prints, embroidery motifs, or other protected creative works.

• The display or legitimate resale of an authentic Another Atelier product does not grant any right to reproduce protected intellectual property embodied in that product.

Another Atelier Trading LLC reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law in relation to infringement, unauthorized reproduction, counterfeiting, and misleading commercial use.

• Where clients voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, testimonials, or other content for publication or promotional use, the client confirms that they have the necessary rights to submit that content and that its use will not knowingly infringe the rights of another person.

• Where content is specifically submitted to Another Atelier Trading LLC for publication, reposting, testimonial, or promotional use, the client grants Another Atelier Trading LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and publish that content for the purpose for which it was submitted, subject to applicable law.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC may decline to publish or may remove user-submitted content where reasonably necessary, including content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

• Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable UAE data-protection requirements, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 concerning the Protection of Personal Data.

• Information may be processed where reasonably necessary to manage orders, payments, delivery, measurements, alterations, fittings, customer service, fraud prevention, legal and regulatory obligations, analytics, and other legitimate business operations, subject to applicable legal requirements.

• Personal information may be shared with relevant service providers where reasonably necessary to provide our services, including payment, e-commerce, technology, communication, logistics, analytics, and other service providers.

• Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent requirements and clients may withdraw consent or object to direct-marketing processing as provided under applicable law.

• Where clients communicate with Another Atelier Trading LLC through WhatsApp, email, social media, chat, or other customer-service channels, relevant communications and information may be processed and retained where reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, process orders, confirm specifications or approvals, arrange fittings, alterations or repairs, resolve complaints or disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain appropriate business records.

• Communications relating to an existing order or requested service are transactional communications and are separate from promotional marketing communications.

• Promotional messages sent through WhatsApp or other channels will be handled in accordance with applicable consent requirements and the client's marketing preferences.

• Our website and services may interact with third-party platforms and service providers, including payment gateways, logistics providers, social media platforms, and other technology services.

• Third-party websites and services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, procedures, and availability.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC is not responsible for the independent content or privacy practices of third-party websites that are not operated or controlled by Another Atelier Trading LLC.

• To the maximum extent permitted under applicable UAE law, Another Atelier Trading LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising in connection with our products, services, website, or an order, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC is not responsible for consequences resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from inaccurate information, measurements, instructions, selections, delivery details, or approvals provided by the client, to the extent the relevant consequence results from those circumstances.

• Detailed limitations concerning delivery, product use and care, client-provided information, third-party damage, and custom or client-approved orders are contained in our applicable Store Policies.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, obligation, consumer right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.

• Another Atelier Trading LLC will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable UAE law.

• Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, governmental action or restrictions, public emergencies, epidemics or pandemics, war or civil disturbance, transportation or logistics disruption, customs disruption, widespread telecommunications or technology failures, or significant supply-chain interruption outside our reasonable control.

• Where such an event affects an order, Another Atelier Trading LLC may reasonably adjust affected production, processing, or delivery timelines and will take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances.

• These Terms were originally prepared, reviewed, and approved by Another Atelier Trading LLC in the English language. The English version constitutes the Company's original and approved version of these Terms.

• Arabic and/or other translations may be provided for accessibility, convenience, and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

• To the extent permitted by applicable UAE law, in the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, ambiguity, or difference in interpretation between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail and shall be the primary reference for determining the Company's intended meaning of these Terms.

• Translations are intended to accurately reflect the English version and should not be interpreted as modifying, expanding, or restricting the meaning of the English Terms.

• Where applicable UAE law requires a particular language version to prevail or otherwise determines the interpretation or legal effect of a provision, the requirements of applicable UAE law shall apply.

• Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or override any mandatory language requirement or consumer right under applicable UAE law.

• These Terms, the applicable Store Policies, and purchases from Another Atelier Trading LLC are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

• Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer protection rights under applicable UAE law, disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, our products or services, purchases, or use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
