Another Atelier Trading LLC designs, produces, and sells bespoke and ready-to-wear garments and related accessories through its online platform.
All transactions are deemed to take place within the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.

• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
• All prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of applicable UAE taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card or approved bank transfers.
• For international shipments, any Customs duties, import taxes, and charges for international orders are the responsibility of the client and must be settled with the shipping carrier upon delivery.

The Company ships domestically and internationally through authorised couriers.
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative. The Company is not liable for delays arising from customs clearance, courier network disruption, or force-majeure events as defined under UAE law.
Risk and title transfer upon delivery to the customer’s nominated address.

The Company’s aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.
Nothing herein excludes liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct as recognized under UAE law.

The Company shall not be held in default for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental orders, pandemics, transport interruptions, or supplier failure.
