Why can’t I select my length size when ordering?
Our ready-to-wear items are available for immediate shipment. The size of the ready to wear item is mentioned in the size chart under each product. If you require alterations, please place your order first and then request the desired changes. Upon receiving your alteration request, we will promptly provide you with an estimated timeline for completion.

Can I change the fabric color, embroidery color, collar design, or cut of an item?
For Ready-to-Wear Items, customization options are limited.
However, for Haute Couture/Custom-Made Items, we offer various customization options, including changes in neckline, adjustments to silhouette, new designs from scratch, changes to embroidery colors, and changes in color or fabric. Please note that all custom products are priced as premium services due to the unique customization offered.
What type of crystals do you use?
We are committed to using high-quality sustainable luxury crystals from renowned Australian companies like Swarovski and Stellux. By choosing these crystals, we aim to offer products that are not only luxurious but also environmentally conscious.
When will your restock?
If the out of stock item was from our classic collection. Please navigate to a product and click Join The Waitlist for the desired item to be one of the first notified when it is back in stock.
If the out of stock item was from our exclusive drop, a re-stock will not be available.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Before ordering, you can find the estimated shipping time under each product. Please allow us 2-3 days to dispatch from our warehouse, and 2-3 days to ship locally within UAE and 5-7 days internationally.
If you make an alteration request after ordering, you will receive a timeline for the alteration process, and shipping will follow the same timeframe once the alterations are complete.
What does Ready-To-Wear Mean?
Ready-to-wear items are pre-made garments available in standard sizes and designs, ready for immediate purchase and delivery.
What does Pre-Order Mean?
Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but can be ordered in advance in our standard sizes. Delivery timelines for pre-order items are specific to each product and are mentioned under the product details before ordering.
What does Custom-Order Mean?
Custom orders refer to garments tailored uniquely to your specifications, including changes in neckline, made to fit [custom sizes], new designs from scratch, changes to embroidery colors, and changes in color or fabric. These items are part of our be-spoke service and are priced as premium services due to the unique customization offered. Customization can be made only on the following items: kaftans, thobs, and gowns.

How do I place an order as a gift?
To include a gift note with your order, follow these steps:

Do you offer home service internationally?
We currently offer home service only within the UAE.
Is the home service free of charge?
To use our home service facility, a minimum purchase of 3 items is required when booking. Read more about the terms of our home service here.
What are your shipping costs?
- Local shipping within the UAE: 50 AED.
- International shipping: Costs will be provided during the checkout process.
Do we have to pay customs and taxes?
Prices do not include customs and duty taxes for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the client and must be paid directly to the shipping firm upon delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery timeline & Shipping costs will be provided during the checkout process.

I want to make an alteration request
We offer length alterations for ready-to-wear items free of charge. However, any other custom modifications, such as changes to bust size, shoulder size, or additional customizations, will incur an alteration service fee starting at 100 AED. The cost will be communicated and agreed upon before any changes are made.

The duration of alterations depends on the complexity of the requested changes. We will provide an estimated timeline upon reviewing your requirements.
I have received a wrong or damaged item
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to info@anotheruae.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 90 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

Can I change or amend the items in my order once it has been placed?

I washed my item and the fabric shrinked
Due to the nature of pure fabrics like silk, wool, and linen, shrinkage or changes in texture may occur over time. This is not considered a defect but a characteristic of natural materials. Clients are advised to follow care instructions carefully to prolong the life of their garments.
Return, Refunds, & Exchanges
Can i receive a refund for an item?
Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 90 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds for ready-to-wear items are issued as store credit or exchanges only. Store credit is valid for 6 months and will be applied to your account after we receive the returned item, provided it meets our return and exchange policy conditions.
Refunds, exchanges, or returns are not available for altered or custom-made garments.

What is the return policy?

- Refunds, exchanges, or returns are not available for altered and custom-made garments.
How can I track the progress of my refund & exchange?
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the exchange to be processed back to you if the return was accepted.
Can I return a gift?
For any gift returns, kindly contact us on whatsapp +971563036668 or email info@anotheruae.com, please note that when a return is processed, the gift sender will not receive a notification regarding the return. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. I missed the delivery, how do i get the order rescheduled?
We apologies that you missed your delivery, if you need to reschedule your delivery, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier. Please note that rescheduling your delivery can significantly impact the delivery processing time(s) and may incur fees, which are paid by the customer directly to the carrier.

Can i pay a deposit for Pre-Order item and pay the remaining upon delivery?
All Pre-Order items must be paid for in full at the time of placing the order.
Can i pay a deposit for Be-Spoke Custom item and pay the remaining upon delivery?
Yes you can, For a custom order, we require 50% upon ordering and 50% before delivery. Clients can pay through bank transfer or secured payment links.
