Payment

  • All prices are listed in AED and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payment is due at the time of placing the order.
  • We accept Card or Bank Transfer payments. Your payment information will be processed securely.
  • Customs and Duty Taxes: Prices do not include customs and duty taxes for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the client and must be paid directly to the shipping firm upon delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer international shipping.
  • Pre-Order Items: Pre-order delivery timelines are specific to each product and are separate from regular shipping delivery timelines. These timelines are mentioned under the product details before ordering as delivery dates vary per item.
  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and we are not liable for delays or losses due to inaccurate details.

Ready-to-Wear Items: Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to the availability of stock.
  • Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 30 business days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Refunds for ready-to-wear items are issued as store credit only. Store credit is valid for 6 months and will be applied to your account after we receive the returned item, provided it meets our return and exchange policy conditions.
  • Returns, refunds, & exchanges are not eligible for altered products.
  • During festive offer periods or sales, products purchased are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Pre-Order Delivery Delay Policy

  • If a delay in delivery occurs due to factors within our control, we will notify you and provide an updated estimated delivery timeframe.
  • You can choose to wait for the adjusted delivery date or request a cancellation and full refund.

Custom-Made Items: Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds, exchanges, or returns are not available for custom-made garments.
  • Requests for refunds or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins, incurring costs.
  • If a client receives a custom-made product and still requires changes, we will provide a quote based on the requested changes.
  • Custom wear products are part of our be-spoke service, tailored uniquely to your specifications. These items include kaftans, thobs, and gowns.
  • Customization options include:

Changes in neckline size, Changes in full size, Adjustments to silhouette,Changes to embroidery colors, Changes in fabric, New designs from scratch.

  • All custom products are priced as premium services due to the unique customization offered.
  • The delivery timeline for custom-made garments depends on the specific customization. We will inform you of the estimated time required after reviewing your requirements.  
  • Be-spoke custom order payment terms 50% non refundable advance payment, 50% upon delivery.

Product Availability

  • The availability of each product is specified in the product details, indicating whether it is in stock or available for pre-order. Pre-order items are considered ready-to-wear and do not allow for full customization.   • In unforeseen circumstances where a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, we will notify the client and provide an alternative or a full refund.

Wear & Tear

  • We are a sustainable brand using pure and recyclable materials, including silk, wool, crepe, and linen, etc. These materials require specific care to maintain their integrity.
  • Due to the nature of pure fabrics, shrinkage or changes in texture may occur over time. This is not considered a defect but a characteristic of natural materials.
  • Clients are advised to follow care instructions carefully to prolong the life of their garments.
  • Wear and tear caused by personal use, improper care (e.g., excessive dry cleaning), natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use, or mishandling are not covered under warranty.
  • The durability and lifespan of a product depend on various factors, including frequency of use, care, and exposure to environmental conditions. Proper care and maintenance are essential to prolonging the lifespan of your product especially for certain fabrics that can be very delicate.
  • All products are subject to wear and tear as a natural consequence of usage. Minor changes in colour, texture, and fabric integrity are typical and should be anticipated over time. The appearance and characteristics of certain materials may change over time due to wear and tear. These changes can contribute to the product's unique character and should not be considered defects.
  • Upon receiving your product, it is your sole responsibility to inspect your garments and report any damages or defects to your assigned sales representative within 30 business days from the date of receiving your goods.   • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
