SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of Another Atelier Trading LLC (“Another”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and applies to all orders placed through our website, WhatsApp, social media, or any other sales channel operated by us.

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.


1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We offer shipping:

  • Within the United Arab Emirates

  • Internationally to selected countries

Availability of international shipping depends on destination and courier coverage. Please contact us prior to placing an order if your destination is not listed.


2. ORDER PROCESSING

Ready-to-Wear Items

Orders are generally processed within [1-2] business days following order confirmation and successful payment.

Custom-Made, Made-to-Order & Altered Items

Processing times vary depending on design complexity, craftsmanship, material sourcing, and customization requirements. Estimated processing timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Processing begins only after:

  • Final confirmation of measurements or specifications; and

  • Successful receipt of payment.

All processing timelines are estimates only.


3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

Estimated delivery dates displayed on product pages, at checkout, or communicated via WhatsApp or email are indicative estimates only, based on information available at the time of order.

Due to the nature of our products and production process, estimated delivery timelines may be revised in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Fabric or material availability

  • Supplier or shipment delays

  • Production, tailoring, or quality control requirements

  • Operational or logistical constraints

Where a delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and provide a revised estimated delivery timeframe.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Estimated delivery dates do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates;

  • Adjustments to estimated delivery timelines do not, by themselves, constitute a breach of contract;

  • Revised estimates do not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation, refund, or compensation, except where required by applicable law.


4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery timeframes depend on destination, courier services, and external factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics providers

  • Customs clearance or inspections

  • Public holidays

  • Force majeure events

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

Any delivery dates communicated are estimates only and not guaranteed.


5. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary depending on destination, weight, size, and courier rates.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.


6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international orders:

  • Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country;

  • We have no control over customs procedures or clearance timelines.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, return, or disposal of the shipment without refund.


7. DELIVERY DETAILS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including a valid contact number.

We are not liable for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Delays caused by customer unavailability

  • Additional courier charges resulting from address changes or rescheduling

Any additional charges incurred will be borne by the customer.


8. RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.


9. URGENT / EXPRESS DELIVERY

Where urgent or express delivery services are offered:

  • Additional charges apply;

  • Delivery timelines are best-effort estimates only;

  • Delays caused by third parties do not entitle the customer to refunds of shipping fees or order value, unless required by law.


10. FAILED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect address details

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Unpaid customs duties

We reserve the right to:

  • Reship the order at the customer’s expense; or

  • Deduct shipping and handling costs from any approved store credit, where applicable.


11. SHIPPING ISSUES & CLAIMS

Any shipping-related issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted where delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
